Today we reviewed the microscope (parts, functions of parts, how to use one, safety) and began the Observing Cells Lab (the lab handout can be downloaded from the link to the left under class notes). We will finish the lab on Monday. Remember, if you haven't handed in the Virtual Cell Tour yet, it is due on Monday.

Today we reviewed plant and animal cells. We also labeled two diagrams of cells and read through the note titled "Cell Theory Note". This note is posted on the left side of this blog and can be printed by you. Students need to read about microscopes and complete the blank parts of the cell theory note for homework.
