Today we examined 2 gizmos (which can be accessed from www.explorelearning.com) on diffusion and osmosis. The osmosis worksheet was also taken up. Please read the osmosis lab over the weekend. Have a great weekend!

Today students presented their assigned membrane transport mechanism to the class. A student-created note was made and is attached on the left side of the blog. Students also received a handout on "osmosis". Students are required to read their textbooks about osmosis, as well as the handout, and answer the 3 questions at the bottom of the handout.

On Tuesday, students copied a note on enzymes. Then, in groups, they began to read about and summerize one of the membrane transport mechanisms. On Thursday, each group will teach the class about their assigned topic. Enjoy your day off school!

Today we finished the Testing for Nutrients lab. Lab questions are due tomorrow.
